Our Story
After years of working together at a local Scout camp in Connecticut Chris and Ben founded Catalyst Adventure Group in 2013. Initially our goal was to help other camp programs grow their experiential challenge courses. Over the year's we've grow to also provide services for tree houses, climbing towers, canopy tours, zip lines, and aerial adventure parks.
Meet the Team
Catalyst Adventure Group has been designing, building, inspecting and supplying equipment to camps, schools, businesses and organizations throughout the industry since 2013. Led by the creativity of Chris and Ben, Catalyst has helped customers start new programs and expand existing courses to meet growing needs while customizing details to match each project's unique goals.

Ben Haase

Ben started on the facilitation side of experiential education while working for the Boy Scouts of America. Shortly after he began transitioning to the construction and inspection side of the industry.

Chris Moon
Partner, Catalyst Adventure Group
ACCT Level 2 Professional Inspector, Massachusetts - Department of Public Safety, Inspector, Pennsylvania, Department of Agriculture, Extreme Sports Inspector, West Virginia and Colorado Inspector. SPRAT Level 1 Rope Access Technician.
Chris has been building and inspecting since 1995. He is very involved with the Boy Scouts of America and the Association for Challenge Course Technology. And is also a member of ASTM F24, UIAA, PRCA and ANSI.
